NEW POINSETTIA STAMP

Here is the new Poinsettia stamp



Both have been stamped on to blotting paper, the top flower with gold StazOn ink and the bottom flower with Black Cherry StazOn.
Both have been coloured with Radiant Rain Shimmering Mists.
The top flower has been sprayed with gold glitter.
The bottom flower has been enhanced with Galaxy Gold brilliance ink.



NEW HELLEBORE DUET

Here are some samples of the new Hellebore Duet stamps.


This is the solid hellebore design inked with Brilliance Pearescent Crimson ink and stamped on to card.
Liquid Pearls in the centre.



This is the open design which has been stamped on to pale green card and embossed with Stampendous Shabby Green powder. Liquid Pearl centre.



This is the open design stamped with Brilliance Moonlight White ink on tp black card which was sprayed with Pearl Green Shimmering Mist. Liquid Pearl centre.


The top hellebore has been stamped with gold StazOn on to blotting paper and then coloured with Shimmering Mists.

NEW DAHLIA DUET

Samples of the new Dahlia Duet stamps.


Dahlia stamped on to blotting paper with Stone grey StazOn ink. Cut out and coloured with Radiant Rain Shimmering Mists applied with a brush. When dry, Liquid Pearls was dotted in the centre.


This dahlia was made the same way as above but sprayed with irridescent glitter. 


This is the solid dahlia stamp. Brilliance inks (Lightning Black, Pearlescent Rust and Pearlescent Poppy) were applied using the inkpads and brushes. Liquid Pearls for the centre.


Again the solid stamp and Brilliance inks ( P. Crinson, P. lavender and P. Orchid) and liquid Pearls.


The solid stamp emboss with Stampendous Aged Teal embossing powder. Liquid Pearl centre.

NEW POPPY DUET

Samples of the new Poppy Duet stamps

The open Poppy stamp been stamped with black StazOn ink on to blotting paper. Radiant Rain Shimmering Mist (Poppy!) was then applied with a paintbrush. When dry the outline was stamped agin with Galaxy Gold Brilliance ink.




The solid poppy stamp has been inked with Fired Brick Distress ink. The centre was wiped off using a cotton bud and Black Soot Distress ink stippled on and then stamped on to card.



The solid poppystamp has been inked with Pearlescent Poppy Brilliance ink, the centre wiped off and Lightning Black Brilliance ink stippled on and stamped on to card.



The open poppy stamp has been stamped on to blotting paper with Fired Brick Distress ink, the centre wiped off and black ink stippled on. A wet paintbrush has been use to create the watercolour effect.



The open poppy design has been stamped and embossed with a gold tinsel powder on to blotting paper. Shimmering Mists were then applied with a paint brush.



Both the open and solid stamps have been embossed with Stampendous Aged Scarlet powder. The centre then coloured with black ink...a mistake I think!




This is a cover for a book or an Art journaling page. Blotting paper was sprayed with Dylusion Black ink and then with a spritz of Pearl Red Shimmering Mist.
When dry the paper was stamped with a fern stamp and Galaxy Gold Brilliance ink.
The solid poppy design was then stamped with the gold ink around the edge of the paper.
The 3 poppies were made by stamping on to blotting paper with Galaxy Gold ink and then colouring with Shimmering Mist applied with a brush.
Aged Scarlet (Stampendous) embossing powder was sprinkled on to the paper in patches and heated to emboss (heat from underneath the paper).


Himalayan Poppy effect using Broken China Distress ink and Galaxy Gold brilliance ink on the solid poppy stamp.

NEW LILY DUET

Samples made with the new Lily Duet stamps.
Each of the Floral Duets has an open design and a solid design.


Here the solid lily design has been embossed with Stampendous Aged Wine embossing powder.
The 'veins' have been coloured with a lilac pen. The centre is one of the new Liquid Pearl colours and a small pearl. 


The open lily design was stamped on to blotting paper, cut out and then coloured with Radiant Rain Shimmering Mists applied with a paintbrush. The flower sprayed with water before colouring.


The was stamped and embossed with Stampendous Aged Ochre powder, cut out and again coloured with Shimmering Mists applied with a brush. Galaxy Gold Brilliance ink was then brushed on to the petals (not very clear in photo)



This time a piec of blotting paper was sprayed with Shimmering Mists and Perfect Pearl inks. WHen the paper had dried the open lily design was embossed with Aged Wine powder. A touch of yellow was brushed into the centre of the lily and then Liquid Pearls and a pearl were added.



This is a cover page for a book or an Art Journal page.
An 8 ins. x 8 ins. piece of blotting paper was sprayed with water and then various Shimmering Mist colours.
It was then sprayed with Perfect Pearls mist to 'tone' it down.
When the paper had dried, the solid lily was stamped around the edge with Pearlescent Lavender Brilliance ink. The open lily was stamped and embossed with Aged Wine powder and then coloured carefully with one of the Mists.
Shabby White embossing powder (Stampendous) was then sprinkled in patches over the page and heated to emboss (heat from underneath the paper).
The edge of the paper was torn (with blotting paper the torn edge is coloured) and mounted on to card.
Lasly the centres of the lilies were embellished with Liquid Pearls.

NEW STAMP DESIGNS

I've not posted for ages....new stamp's fault and the Stamp Festival's!!

CRAFT BARN ART JOURNALING CHALLENGE


The Craft Barn has an Art Journaling Challenge this week
This is my entry




1. Used stencil tape to fix 8 ins x 8 ins card (reverse of centura pearl used here) to a non-stick worksheet.

2. Sprayed with Radiant Rain...Yellow Rose or Sunburst and Jasper Red...using water to blend and drying with a heat gun.

3. Brilliance Lightning Black sponged through clock and branches stencils.

4. 'Time To Grow' stamped with Versamark and embossed with Stampendous Aged Black Enamel powder. Harrington Alphabet Die Sheet used.

5. Two of corners sponged through sequin waste with Brilliance Galaxy Gold ink.

6. Floral Duet stamps...Cosmos (DE04C405M) used next. The open design stamped with Lightning Black ink in 3 corners.

7. The solid Cosmos design stamped with Versamark and embossed with Stampendous Aged Ivory Embossing Enamel.

8. Aged Ivory powder sprinkled in patches, embossed and then Stampendous Mica Flakes embedded into the patches.

9. Champagne Gold Glass Glitter (Stampendous) glued to flower centres.

10. When thoroughly dry, tape removed and Distress inks brushed around the edge.
